Our designers primarily work with nesting process, which involves optimizing sheet metal usage. Our nesting process efforts focus on saving material, costs, and machining times. Through optimization, our designers aim to obtain as many desired pieces as possible from a single sheet metal billet. Nesting helps us reduce material waste and achieve the desired outcome in a cost-effective manner while listening to our customers’ needs. Our nesting programmers are also well-versed in the characteristics of various production machines, which often define the machining sequence for a part. This expertise is crucial and enables us to optimize factors such as the right material, thickness, machining method, machining sequence, joint connection, or any other important feature that the customer requires.
