We offer our customers design for manufacturability services that help optimize the cost-effective production of parts.

Whether it’s about piercing, laser cutting, bending, additional processing steps for parts, or the assimilability of components, we aim to find innovative and cost-effective solutions for our customers, from design to packaging, in order to provide maximum benefit through our services.

Design for manufacturability tailored to customer needs

Our designers primarily work with nesting process, which involves optimizing sheet metal usage. Our nesting process efforts focus on saving material, costs, and machining times. Through optimization, our designers aim to obtain as many desired pieces as possible from a single sheet metal billet. Nesting helps us reduce material waste and achieve the desired outcome in a cost-effective manner while listening to our customers’ needs. Our nesting programmers are also well-versed in the characteristics of various production machines, which often define the machining sequence for a part. This expertise is crucial and enables us to optimize factors such as the right material, thickness, machining method, machining sequence, joint connection, or any other important feature that the customer requires. This competence is pivotal in the realm of design for manufacturability. Having a skilled professional who can interpret technical drawings and understands machine and material properties is a great advantage.

Modern design tools

Our design team comprises six highly skilled professionals who execute the design process using modern SolidWorks and AutoCAD software. Our proficient design services transform a customer’s concept into a fully production-ready product that can be easily manufactured using cost-effective methods. We can scale solutions to meet customer needs, even in challenging environments, such as extreme conditions in the mining industry.

We offer design for manufacturability services alongside other design work.
