Building Fasteners

The construction industry segment is one of our most major customers. We produce a variety of components for different stages of construction. Our company is committed to low-carbon practices and aims to contribute to a better tomorrow for all our customers and their end products.

We manufacture a wide range of building fasteners. A typical fastener is larger and thicker than standard hardware store items, often laser-cut, welded, or bent. Fasteners are used to support structures of various sizes. We have the capability to manufacture virtually any specialized product from concept to execution.

Facade Cassettes and Panels

Clear examples of sheet metal work in construction are different wall panels and facade cassettes. These products are often pre-painted, typically from 0.6-0.7 mm thick sheet metal. Occasionally, panels are painted after installation. The facade cassette surface is visible, demanding a high standard of finish. For these products, we mainly use film-laminated painted sheet metal, with the painted surface facing upward during processing. The primary processing technique for panels is angle cutting, which in addition to piercing allows for markings. This streamlines and speeds up installation at the final destination. Bending is almost exclusively done using a servo-driven bending machine, with the piece flipped and bending is made proper way. The end result is a precisely measured, high-quality, and uniform facade cassette.  

Steel Doors and Frames

We primarily manufacture steel doors and frames for ships and offshore vessels. Additionally, we produce fire-rated steel doors for power plants and other projects.

Manufacturing steel frames is a specialized skill. Our production process employs bending machines and brake presses. We have two brake presses equipped with flattening function, allowing us to bend and flatten simultaneously without changing tools. This time-saving approach is highly valuable and cost-effective in frame manufacturing.

Door panels are primarily produced using angle cutting technology, followed by bending on a bending machine. Very often, the door is also assembled and, in the final step, painted.

Moulding Products for Construction

We produce moulding products for corners of finished painted walls, both interior and exterior corners. Moulding products are typically made from stainless steel. Unlike mass-market items, the size of the moulding can be whatever the customer wishes.

We also manufacture corner reinforcement elements for drywall construction used for building corners. These reinforcement elements are usually inexpensive thin sheet metal pieces folded into a 90-degree angle, hidden within the structure. Orders for corner reinforcements are usually very large, with construction companies as the end users.

We custom make mouldings that are used to cover visible surfaces such as expansion joints or other areas, adding a finishing touch. These mouldings can be used both indoors and outdoors. Typical indoor mouldings are made from stainless steel or painted sheet metal. Outdoor mouldings are usually painted pieces installed in the corners and seams of public buildings or industrial halls.

We also offer construction companies black metal mouldings securing dimple mat on foundation walls.  With a shorter distribution chain, our prices are often very reasonable for builders.

Cement moulds and Expansion Joints

We manufacture moulds for concrete castings from sheet metal, reinforcement clips for strengthening floors when poured with concrete, and expansion joint products from steel sheet. We’ve also produced various cement pillar shoes. Additionally, we create different types of ready to deliver plates that cover ducts or larger holes. Examples of such products include cover plates for kitchen cabinets to conceal electrical wiring or cover plates that provide access to old piping within a building’s structure. We’ve also produced cover boxes for renovation projects, concealing old fuse boxes or radiators.

The end user is a construction company, and the product is usually a customized solution that can’t be found pre-made at a hardware store.
