“We perform assemblies in a versatile, cost-effective, and high-quality manner.”
Since 1995, Stremet has been manufacturing sheet metal parts. Even in the early days, we carried out assembly work for Nokia’s phone factory and Salora’s television factory. Over the years, assembly work has been conducted upon the requests of existing customers, but the service hasn’t been widely marketed. In 2019, we moved to larger premises, now occupying a 20,000 m2 hall, of which 10,500 m2 is for our exclusive use. Our associate company, Manutec Oy, specializes in assembly work and operates in the same building.
We offer versatile contract manufacturing services for various industries in collaboration with Manutec Oy. Manutec is a company jointly established by Stremet Oy and IT-line Oy, operating under the same roof as Stremet. By agreement, we handle the manufacturing, testing, storage, and shipping of products with professionalism and flexibility.
We can manage assembly partially or entirely, according to the customer’s preferences. We handle assemblies for products of all sizes. Our assembly range spans from complex mechanical and electromechanical assemblies based on our clients’ instructions and drawings to more uncomplicated tasks such as simple the joining of parts. This allows our customers to avoid subassembly work in their own facilities.
One typical assembly task is the assembly of equipment casings and the construction of ventilation unit frames from both painted and unpainted sheet metal parts. Our assemblies typically involve parts we manufacture ourselves, along with purchased components and the attachment of various labels and type plates. We also conduct final testing in accordance with the agreed-upon methods to support our assembly work.
