Metal Furniture

We create metal furniture from sheet metal, e.g. storage and filing cabinets. The products typically feature a frame fabricated using tube cutting laser, as well as shelf brackets, and the actual shelf panels. Usually, the shelf panels are made using angle cutting technology and are bent with an automated bender. In very thin shelf panels, visible reinforcement typically cannot be used, which is why reinforcements are attached on the backside of the shelf panels. Occasionally, due to aesthetic reasons, reinforcements cannot be present, and in such cases, the shelf panels are made from slightly thicker material. Finishing is done through powder coating, except for e.g. storage product, for which the shelf panels might be made of unpainted galvanized steel. In clean environments, stainless steel is used, which is typically not painted for sanitation reasons. We serve metal furniture manufacturers of all sizes in Finland.
