Diverse Range of Outdoor Products
We manufacture a wide variety of products suitable for outdoor environments, such as components for outdoor gym equipment, jetty components, outdoor benches, signs, traffic signs, and rubbish bins. We also create playground equipment for both outdoor and indoor use. Additionally, we produce various outdoor furniture from sheet metal and informational signs for e.g. housing cooperatives or factories.
Outdoor Furniture
A typical task in outdoor furniture involves constructing the frame of an outdoor bench and attaching a wooden or plastic seat. The materials used include normal steel, occasionally corroding CORTEN sheet, stainless steel, or painted sheet metal.
Gym Equipment
We produce thin-sheet components for both indoor and outdoor gym equipment. The most common materials are laser-cut and bent aluminium sheet. Through our network, we can also manufacture components using the tube cutting laser, such as for CrossFit equipment that typically involves plenty of square tubes and additional sheet metal components. Chemical blackening of bent chequer sheet is also part of our offering.
Jetty Products
We manufacture various galvanized fasteners for jetties, as well as step treads for jetty ladders and gangway ramps for boarding ships.
The jetty fastener products are mainly laser-cut steel sheet, either galvanized or made from stainless and acid-resistant steel. A piece might include welded attachment loops, and group of holes (cluster tools) are tailored to the customer’s requirements.
Signs and Markers
We cover various types of signs and markers in our repertoire. The size of signs can be quite small, such as identification tags for marking electrical cables or pet tags. The largest signs are typically various types of informative signs for different purposes.
Displays and Illuminated Advertisements
We’ve been involved in manufacturing various displays, such as lighting columns for gas stations and large outdoor advertising displays. We also produce parts for illuminated advertisements. The typical material for these parts is aluminium, chosen for its light weight and resistance to outdoor conditions. Assembly work and painting are often included with these products.
