Electrical and Electronics Industry

In the electrical and electronics industry, our typical products include cut and bent copper rails as well as differently sized bent and painted electrical cabinets for both indoor and outdoor use. Very common products are also various casings for electronics, widely used in applications such as amplifiers, measuring devices, radios, weather stations, and charging equipment. These casings usually feature small upformings, shapes, threads, various-sized holes, and possibly markings. Requirements for casings may also include water resistance or, for instance, pre-drilled holes for additional gauges that need to be detachable at the installation site if necessary. Casings sizes range from small handheld devices to larger boxes on wheels. Generally, the products are tested and certified, demanding a very high level of quality and consistency in manufacturing from subcontractors. For this reason, hydraulic machinery is not used for products in this segment. Instead, we utilize servo machinery, ensuring precise measurements and stability at a very high level.

Telecommunication, Electrical, and Distribution Cabinets

Painted distribution cabinets, switchgear cabinets made from sheet metal for both indoor and outdoor networks are most typical among the projects we perform for this sector. The sheet metal thickness is usually very thin, making various stiffeners, shaping, and upformings common working methods. We employ both combination machine technology and angle-cutting technology for fabrication. Bending is typically done using an automated bending machine.

We also manufacture electrical rails to transformers

Cabinet components usually feature small upformings, shapes, threads, various-sized holes, and possibly markings. Requirements for cabinets may also include water resistance or, for instance, pre-drilled holes for additional gauges that need to be detachable at the installation site if necessary. Cabinet sizes vary widely from small to large. Typically, these products are tested and certified, requiring subcontractors to uphold very high quality and consistency standards in manufacturing.
