We provide precise and fast laser cutting tailored to your needs. We produce orders ranging in size from single-piece prototypes to large-scale production runs, which can amount tens to thousands of pieces. Our material stock includes all common materials and thicknesses up to 6 mm to ensure rapid production. Usually, we can start the work immediately precisely due to our comprehensive material inventory.
We offer laser cutting services for all industries. We have two flying optics fiber lasers, both equipped with automation. With automation, we can cost-effectively cut around the clock as needed. Our fiber lasers are capable of cutting ferrous metals, various aluminium alloys, as well as different non-ferrous metals like copper and brass. Fiber lasers allow efficient and precise cutting while conserving energy. Sheet metal cutting is possible up to 20 mm thickness with an extremely precise repeatability of 0.03 mm.
Laser Cutting Automation and Unmanned Operation
A typical laser-cutting sheet size is 1500 x 3000 mm, for which both of our machines have an automatic tower storage system for unmanned operation. With the storage system, we can leave the machine running overnight and produce a very large number of billets from different materials for bending the next day. Other available sheet sizes are 1000 x 2000 mm and 1250 x 2500 mm. Additionally, custom sizes are available upon agreement. For larger quantities, we usually order custom-sized sheets to minimize material waste.

Laser Cutting and Punching the Same Sheet
In addition to fibre lasers, our capacity includes the latest servo technology-utilizing Prima Power Combi Genius combination machine, which combines laser cutting and piercing. This machine can handle sheets up to 4300 mm in length and is particularly optimal for producing components like 2100 mm-long door frames and panels. The combination machine is equipped with loading, unloading, and stacking robots. With the combination machine, we can integrate piercing, bending, threads, and laser-cut shapes into the same component, making it incredibly versatile for any piece.
With the combination machine, we cut steel, stainless steel, and aluminium from 0.5 mm up to 8 mm thickness.
Our extensive sheet metal inventory enables swift deliveries and encompasses over 300 types (approximately 1,000,000 kg) of raw materials. You can find the following materials directly in our stock.
